When you start the game you have to start a new career. When you start the career you will get to know that there are 15 BLACKLIST RIVALS. The names are 15.Ho Seun , Sonny 14.Vince Kilic , Taz 13.Victor Vasquez ,Vic 12. Isabel Diaz , Izzy 11.Lou Park , Big Lou 10.Karl Smit , Baron 9. Eugene James , Earl 8. Jade Barret , Jewels 7.Kira Nakazato , Kaze 6. Hector Domingo , Ming 5.Wes Allen , Webster 4.Joe Vega ‘JV’ 3.Ronald McCrea , Ronnie 2. Toru Sato , Bull and the number 1 Blacklist is Clarence Callahan “Razor” .
To challenge the rival first you have to complete his challenges. His challenges are very interesting as you play the game .He gives a list of races with the challengers.One needs to win 4 races to qualify. To increase ur speed u can use NITROS (press X while racing). The challenges increase as you go further.As you complete the races you have the 4 milestones events . In milestones you have to complete the challenges. The challenges may include to evade the police pursuit and tag minimum 8-10 police vehicle. As you go further the challenge becomes more tough - doge the road blocks , evade the pursuit in minimum 4 or 3 min and so on.
After that you have to complete the bounty as the rival challenges . When you complete his challenges you will get to race with the rivals (mentioned above). To defeat them you have to race with each rival twice on different tracks. As you defeat the rival on both the tracks then you will get the chance to select 2 markers from the rival. If you select the correct marker (pink slips car - always the same!!), you will get the rivals car!
U go on and on racing when finally you will get the chance to battle with the BLACKLIST 1. When you defeat BLACKLIST 1, you will jump to a new place - the next level NFS CARBON.
